Polynucleotide Treatment
A regenerative injectable treatment that stimulates the skin’s natural repair processes, improving strength, hydration, and overall skin quality over time.
What are Polynucleotide?
Polynucleotides are long chains of purified nucleotide fragments that closely resemble human DNA, most commonly derived from salmon or trout. Used as a biostimulatory treatment in regenerative medicine, they work at a cellular level to activate the skin’s natural repair and renewal processes.
By stimulating fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin, they help improve skin firmness, hydration and texture, while softening fine lines and wrinkles.
Ideal for:
Loss of glow or hydration
Fine lines or crepey texture
Early skin laxity
Tired, stressed, or environmentally damaged skin
A desire for subtle, natural-looking rejuvenation
Why do I need a Polynucleotide Treatment?
When skincare can no longer reach what your skin truly needs, polynucleotides work deeper. This regenerative treatment supports cellular repair, hydration, and collagen stimulation, helping restore balance to stressed, ageing, or environmentally damaged skin while improving long-term skin health.
Repairs skin at a cellular level
Supports natural regeneration and strengthens skin structure from within.
Boosts deep hydration
Draws moisture into the dermis for plumper, healthier-looking skin.
Calms stressed skin
Reduces inflammation and oxidative damage caused by lifestyle and environmental factors.
Improves tone, texture & elasticity
Smoother, firmer, more radiant skin with softened fine lines.
Delivers long-term results
Gradual improvements through natural collagen stimulation for lasting skin quality.
What does the treatment look like?
The treatment is delivered using a fine needle or cannula to targeted areas such as the face, neck, under-eye area, décolletage, or hands. A topical numbing cream may be applied beforehand to ensure the treatment is as comfortable as possible. Treatment time is typically 30–45 minutes.
Downtime is minimal. Mild redness, swelling, injection marks, or bruising can occur and usually settle within 24–48 hours, with any bruising resolving naturally within 1–2 weeks. Most clients return to normal activities quickly.
Results develop subtly and build over time, making this treatment ideal for those seeking natural, long-lasting rejuvenation. Skin quality continues to improve over the following weeks as collagen production and cellular repair are stimulated. For best results, a course of treatments spaced several weeks apart is recommended, followed by maintenance sessions every 6–9 months.
